Aviation Security and Emergency Response Training
Training
Drawn from Consortium member programs appearing in the current ICAO Training Directory,our interactive distance
learning service is based on state-of-the-art Flash software. Participants may choose from a large number of
engaging, interactive programs and train at their own convenience. Staff Moderators evaluate student participation
and ensure the same high quality of learning occurs whether on-line or in-residence.
Classroom
Many learning experiences can only be effective within a classroom setting. In those cases, courses are available
on site at your location or through Indian River State College's Treasure Coast Public Safety Training Center. For
the busy professional with limited time to attend classes, we offer a number of modules where the classroom
experiences are complemented by online hours to achieve completion.
E-Learning
Our distance learning programs are fully interactive. When you enter our modules you will experience engaging,high
-quality, learning activities that are varied as well as challenging. Moderators evaluate assignments and provide
personalized feedback. You will also have opportunities to engage other professionals like you in moderator-led
group discussions and blogs. Your online lessons will contain video, audio and textual interactivity to keep you
engaged and motivated. You may choose to take the online course, as offered, or your organization may have specific
course requirements. In those instances, depending on client budget, custom courses may be commissioned on an as-
needed basis.

Next month we will be premiering our unique Avsec-Center -Aviation Industry newscast. The program, created in
association with Aviation News US, it will be posted every morning by 6 am EST with major updates posted via
Twitter and RSS feed.
Broadcast format will include news anchors, ticker, and interview segments with a host of varying experts, news-
makers, and industry leaders.
Programming includes a Feature Section, Twitter viewer response and interactive viewer polls.
