AVSEC Documentation Workshop  A unique 3 day learning event
Whether you are an air operator, airline owner or manager, airport manager or security chief,
DCA or Transport Minister, this unique 3 day learning event has been specifically designed to
untangle the maize of regulations, standards and recommendations in today’s world of civil
aviation security.  You will learn, though hands-on experience the content, form and format of
your required security documentation.  Whether you need an airport or air operator: security
plan, quality assurance program, security awareness or emergency plan, this workshop will
show you in simple lay language the step by step process, procedure and verbiage necessary
to comply with ICAO and ECAC,  AVSEC audit requirements.

Day 1.
The Air Operator Security Program

SUMMARY
Presented in lay language, the workshop will take you step by step through the construction
of a proper program.  Attendance is supplemented with a CD ROM containing all the
necessary templates, annex documents, graphics and instructions to customize a document
and tailor the final product to your unique operation.  CD includes statutory references,
documentation and full AVSEC library, along with instructional PowerPoint presentations and
complimenting instructor guides.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Administrators, Managers, Security Directors, anyone charged with the drafting, promulgating
or auditing of aviation security documentation.

MUST I ATTEND ALL 3 SESSIONS?
No, you may register for one, two or all three individual sessions.  You will receive a 10%
discount for registering for two (2)sessions and a 15% discount when you register for all three
(3).

WHAT IS ON THE CD ROM AND WHY DO I NEED IT?
The CD ROM contains template documents ready for fill in. Each CD comes complete with
the plan template, checklists and attachments ready to be customized to suit local airport, air
operator operations and design.  Fill in instructions are placed as comments, and a handy
read me file contains full instructions on how to adjust the template for those unfamiliar with
Microsoft Word and PowerPoint programs.  Each CD is supplemented with statutory
regulations in PDF file format, proprietary checklists and a full AVSEC library.
